Lesa Hanlin (Lesa Hanlin Costanzo) is Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Relations at UVA's School of Continuing and Professional Studies, building partnerships that extend learning and innovation beyond traditional degree pathways.
She works with corporations, nonprofits, and regional partners to design programs that meet evolving workforce and community needs — connecting SCPS to the wider UVA Innovates ecosystem. She serves on the UVA Innovates Advisory Council.
